Shift Information: Stores may operate 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays, depending on location.

What do we consider?

  • At least 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Additional considerations:

  • Commitment to learning new automotive technologies.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions.
  • Adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • ASE Certification.
  • Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
  • Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel systems.

Role Skills and Learning Opportunities:

  • Performing routine inspections, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
  • Providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
  • Mentoring junior technicians.
  • Documenting work performed.
  • Reporting safety issues.

  • Performing manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
