Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will diagnose issues, perform line services, and deliver outstanding guest service while adhering to safety policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services and routine inspections/maintenance.
• Conduct system diagnostics and problem solving for customer vehicles.
• Complete brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, and tire installation.
• Demonstrate guest service with clear communication and vehicle status feedback.
• Maintain safety policies and follow company procedures during all hours.
