Job Description

As a General Maintenance Technician at Just Tires, you will gain hands-on experience diagnosing technical issues and delivering excellent service. You will work on brakes, alignments, and other automotive services, with opportunities to learn in a rapidly evolving industry. We support your growth—apply today!

Responsibilities

• Perform technician services, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
• Provide clear communication and feedback to guests
• Mentor junior technicians in various automotive tasks
• Document all work on repair orders
• Report safety issues immediately
• Promote teamwork and maintain high guest care standards
• Follow company policies on vehicle care and operation
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive experience (brakes, fluid flushes, maintenance)
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum age 18
• No relocation offered
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• ASE Certification
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and road testing
• Experience with electrical, A/C, and fuel systems
