General Description:

As a General Maintenance Technician at Just Tires, you will gain practical experience by diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues, focusing on brakes, alignments, and other automotive services. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Performing line technician services, routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
2. Providing excellent customer service with clear communication about vehicle issues.
3. Mentoring junior technicians in various automotive repairs.
4. Documenting all work accurately on repair orders.
5. Reporting safety concerns immediately.
6. Promoting teamwork to ensure timely and quality guest care.
7. Adhering to company policies on vehicle care and safety.
8. Performing manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and conducting road tests.
• Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel systems.
