Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician at our Goodyear, AZ service center. You will gain hands-on experience diagnosing issues and performing brake repairs, alignments, and routine maintenance while delivering outstanding guest service.

Starting pay is $17-$19 per hour (DOE) with weekly pay. We offer medical plans, 401(k), certification reimbursement and paid vacations, plus fast-track training and career advancement for motivated team players.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and brake repairs.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during operating hours.
