Qualifications

• 3–7 years of major law firm experience drafting and negotiating credit documents.
• Experience on borrower/sponsor and lender/agent sides preferred.
• Interest in private credit deal structures and documentation.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills; excellent academics.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated lending and leveraged finance matters.
