Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 3–5 years of architectural practice with focus on construction documentation.
• Proficient in Revit and other design software.
• Knowledge of codes and coordination with consultants.
• Ability to manage project schedules and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural designs from concept through construction.
• Coordinate contract documents with project team and consultants.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and ensure design intent is clear.
• Assist in preparing project presentations and design reviews.
• Support project managers with scheduling and documentation.
