Job summary

STG Design is seeking an Intermediate Designer in Austin to develop design solutions and coordinate design through all project phases. You will refine architectural designs to be both beautiful and functional, tailored to each client’s needs, and assist from initial concept to final construction with seamless integration of project elements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Architecture, and strong Revit knowledge.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
3–5 years of experience in architectural practice with focus on construction documentation.
Proficiency in Revit and other design software for Contract Documents.
Knowledge of codes, coordination with consultants, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine architectural designs from concept through construction.
Coordinate and produce Contract Documents with guidance from the Project Manager and Project Architect.
Serve as day-to-day client contact and maintain knowledge of all project facets.
Support project presentations and communicate design intent clearly to clients.
Manage work plans, schedules, and project team assignments.
Demonstrate problem-solving mentality and willingness to learn.
