Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Microelectronics Analyst (CENTCOM) for a full-time, onsite role in the Washington, DC area. The candidate will conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's military forces.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analysis (or 7+ years without a degree) and knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments, capable of producing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analysis, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products on foreign weapon systems and equipment, including research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production implications.
• Deliver comprehensive production under pressure as an authority on the topic.
