Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IP or technology transactions experience.
• Admitted to the New York or California bar.
• Excellent credentials and strong academic record.
• Data privacy experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on intellectual property, technology, and data matters.
• Involve in technology-heavy divestitures and other M&A transactions, licensing, IT agreements, and R&D collaborations.
• Support corporate transactions, including capital markets and debt finance matters.
• Provide IP and privacy guidance and data sharing advice.
