Job summary

10 BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Mid-Level AI Application & Cloud Operations Engineer to support enterprise AI apps on Samsung Cloud Platform and AWS Bedrock. You will manage Linux servers, Python-based services, Docker, and databases, while ensuring security and performance in production environments.

You will troubleshoot Flask/FastAPI apps, work with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, and coordinate with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines to maintain reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in application, system, or cloud operations.
• Strong hands‑on Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) administration and production troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting; JavaScript/Node.js a plus.
• Experience with Flask/FastAPI, Docker, NGINX, Uvicorn, or Gunicorn.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB; AWS Bedrock preferred.
• Understanding of REST APIs, networking, VPN, PrivateLink, and VPC Endpoints.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins; strong troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor enterprise AI applications running on cloud platforms.
• Manage Linux servers, Docker containers, NGINX, and systemd services in prod.
• Troubleshoot Python-based apps and APIs using Flask/FastAPI/Uvicorn/Gunicorn.
• Manage MongoDB, PostgreSQL/pgvector, Redis, and Meilisearch in prod.
• Support integration with AWS Bedrock and external AI services.
• Maintain VMs on Samsung Cloud Platform (RHEL/Ubuntu) and secure networking.
• Monitor health and performance with CloudWatch/CloudTrail; RCA when incidents occur.
• Develop Python and Bash automation for deployment, backups, and recovery.
• Support CI/CD deployments and drive operational efficiency.
