The engineer will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, provide incident response, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure, scalable AI services.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in application, system, or cloud operations.
• Proficient Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) admin and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with Flask/FastAPI apps, Docker, NGINX, Uvicorn or Gunicorn.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB operational knowledge.
• Experience with AWS services and networking concepts.
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor enterprise AI apps (Claude, HE T2A, Cowork) for SEA.
• Manage Linux servers, Docker containers, NGINX, and systemd in production.
• Support Python apps and APIs using Flask, FastAPI, Uvicorn, Gunicorn.
• Manage PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Meilisearch operations.
• Integrate with AWS Bedrock and external AI services.
• Maintain VMs on Samsung Cloud Platform (RHEL/Ubuntu).
• Ensure secure networking via IPsec VPN, PrivateLink, and VPC Endpoints.
• Monitor health with CloudWatch/CloudTrail; plan backups and recovery.
• Develop Python and Bash automation for deployment and ops.
• Assist CI/CD deployment and incident RCA processes.
• Maintain docs and SOPs.
