FullStack Labs, Inc. is hiring a Mid-level Agentic DevOps Engineer for remote work in the USA. You will support production cloud infrastructure at scale, using AWS, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires strong English, a four-year degree, and US work authorization. Team augmentation or product team collaboration offers diverse client projects. Ideal candidates have hands-on Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions experience, plus Python automation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps experience in production cloud infra.
• US citizenship and location in the US are contractual requirements.
• Strong English proficiency and a 4-year college degree.
• Deep AWS experience (IAM, EKS, VPC, EC2, Secrets Manager, Serverless) and RBAC.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, and container orchestration.
• CI/CD via GitHub Actions, including security features.
• Python scripting for automation and tooling.
• Experience with Lambda, Fargate, serverless infra.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC 2 is a plus.
• Agile/Scrum, ownership, and client-focused delivery.

The Position

We're looking to hire a Mid-level Agentic DevOps Engineer to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.

Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience as a DevOps engineer role supporting production cloud infrastructure at scale.
• US citizenship and being physically located in the US are both contractual requirements for the position in support of a project with the U.S. federal government.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Deep experience with AWS (IAM, EKS, VPC, EC2, Secrets Manager, Serverless) and RBAC.
• Hands-on proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Proven experience building and maintaining GitHub Actions for CI/CD, including GitHub Advanced Security features.
• Solid Python scripting experience for automation and internal tools.
• Familiarity with Lambda, Fargate, and serverless infrastructure.
• Knowledge of compliance standards like HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC 2 is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.

Nice To Have

We’re seeking engineers who are AI-enthusiastic in their workflow. Professional experience or personal project work with the following is a significant plus:

• Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity.
• Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
