Job summary

Crimson Phoenix is seeking a Knowledge Manager to facilitate data management and analytics supporting the Threat Library and the Intelligence Mission Data Center. You will assist in producing presentations or documents to support the mission, coordinating data storage and distribution, and applying SharePoint-based KM solutions across multiple networks.

This role requires a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance (no sponsorship) and a KM-focused bachelor’s or 7 years related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management or related field, or 7 years KM experience substituting for degree.
• Minimum 3 years of KM analysis experience, with recent work within last 2 years.

Job Description As a Knowledge Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating data management and analytics supporting the Threat Library and the Intelligence Mission Data Center and assisting in the production of presentations or documents in support of the mission!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Communicating relevant data and analytics.


• Serving as a coordinator and facilitator for data and being responsible for overseeing the storage and distribution of knowledge within the Intelligence Mission Data Center and its customer base with daily impacts on worldwide operations.


• Working with the implementation of various tools and processes to better automate and standardize knowledge management within the organization.


• Developing and designing and implementing knowledge management solutions using various developing tools primarily within a well-established SharePoint environment on three network domains.

Must Have:

• MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.


• Bachelor's degree in an area related to Knowledge Management from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of related Knowledge Management experience, for a total of 7 years in Knowledge Management, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.


• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to Knowledge Management, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
