Job summary

Core One is seeking a Knowledge Manager to align people, processes, and technology to improve information sharing across analysts and networks.

You will edit content for classified and unclassified portals, organize data, enforce security, and build databases to support analytic production.

Requires TS/SCI with CI Polygraph and 8+ years of relevant experience, including recent work in defense intelligence contexts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mission knowledge and completes developmental training for the labor category.
• Communicates understanding from complex, incomplete, or highly technical information.
• Works independently with minimal oversight.
• Collaborates with IC members on information sharing and analytic disputes.
• Develops concise, insightful products for defense intelligence.
• Leads teams in researching multifaceted problems.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with some within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Align people, processes, and technology to facilitate information sharing by analysts and organizations.
• Utilize databases and content/records management to shape workflow and business processes.
• Prepare performance and usage metrics and future capability requirements for analytics.
• Support cross-domain dissemination of intelligence products across networks and portals.
• Post, edit, and maintain content on classified and unclassified portals.
• Organize data and establish file structures for secure storage.
• Ensure security protocols protect classified, proprietary, and PII information.
• Use MS SharePoint to search, discover, store, and retrieve data.
• Build, update, and maintain databases for stand-alone products and analytic production.
• Develop metrics from databases and prepare reports with those metrics.
