Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer with an eye for detail to produce creative visual materials supporting the client’s mission and brand identity. This position will be located within the National Capital Region (NCR).

You will apply typography, hierarchy, and visual balance to deliver assets such as logos, publications, presentations, and multimedia products while ensuring Section 508 accessibility and collaboration with government or defense stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products.
• Experience with Section 508 accessibility for designed products.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Premiere Pro, XD, After Effects and MAPublisher.
• Experience facilitating client-facing discussions to interpret workforce messaging and visualize data.
• Experience in the government or defense sectors; knowledge of DoD/IC processes.
• A portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver outcomes aligned with mission goals.

• Utilize typography, hierarchy, and visual balance to craft assets aligned with branding and messaging.
