Job summary

Mclemore-Building-Maintenanc is seeking a dependable cleaner for weekday shifts in Texas. Pay is $13.00 per hour; Friday pay occurs weekly. Candidates must clear a background check and drug screen and show up on time to perform general cleaning tasks during the shift.

Duties include trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces, restrooms, windows, and reporting maintenance needs. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Weekday schedule: Monday to Friday, 11AM–7PM.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
• Monitor building’s security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
• Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
• Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.
