Job summary

Aledo, TX-based employer Mclemore-Building-Maintenanc is hiring night shift porters (limpiadores) for facilities maintenance. Pay rate is $13.50 per hour. Schedules: Monday–Friday, 4pm–12am.

Qualifications

• Available for night shift (4pm–12am) on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure hazards are not created.
• Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and follow SDS.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces to keep areas clean.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
• Arrive on time for the shift and complete all work within the allotted time.
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure proper maintenance.
• Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.
