Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support LAN/WAN and Internet systems or segments.
• Maintain network hardware/software to ensure availability.
• Supervise other network support staff and implement security measures.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of LANs/WANs.
• Prepare training and provide user support for available hardware and software.
• Analyze network utilization and performance; suggest improvements.
