Job summary

Jobot is seeking a mid-level associate to join a commercial real estate practice handling a broad range of transactional work. You will have hands-on involvement in deals from initial structuring through closing, with direct client interaction and growing ownership of matters.

You will work on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and/or development.
• Familiarity with closing mechanics and real estate due diligence processes.
• Financing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Solid academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related transaction documents.
• Support and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, and related review.
• Assist with and manage closings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance transactions.
• Support development projects, leasing matters, and related transactional work.
