Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Associate to join our Mid Cap – Business Services team. You will participate in the full cycle of transactions, prepare pitches and client presentations, and lead execution with analysts and associates.

As part of a large regional team, you will develop core investment banking skills and have opportunities to lead transactions and travel as needed. Strong modelling and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
Experience within Business Services.
Strong financial modelling skills.
Execution oriented and understands transaction cycles.
Excellent communication with senior professionals and clients.
Self‑directed and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
Interact with senior team members and client management to execute transactions.
Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses
Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed combination and other financial analyses in the context of M&A transactions or pitch situations
Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Associates and Analysts
Participate in graduate recruiting
