Job summary

HDR seeks a Mid-Atlantic Digital Delivery Lead in Arlington, VA, to oversee digital delivery across multi-discipline projects. The role directs Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists, builds and maintains the Digital Delivery Plan, and ensures the timely production of model-based deliverables.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with project teams, and support project managers to align technical delivery with client expectations and HDR standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 5+ years digital delivery (model management) experience.
• Advanced understanding of discipline relations and building systems.
• Advanced skills in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Superior client service, communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists; manage digital model environment and deliverables at the project level.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedures; establish server infrastructure and digital deliverables.
• Execute digital deliverables and support production teams through project lifecycle.
• Mentor staff and provide guidance to other team members; ensure quality through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processes.
• Communicate deliverable schedule to the project team and coordinate with HDR management and clients.
