Job summary

AutoEngage is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own the Mid-Atlantic territory (PA, NJ, DE, MD, WV). This is a remote field role with regular travel and requires automotive retail experience to engage service directors and dealer groups.

You will build pipeline, run discovery, lead demos, and close new business while reporting to the Director of Revenue and coordinating with BDRs and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience and knowledge of dealer operations.
• Proven ability to generate and manage a sales pipeline.
• Ability to conduct discovery, demos, and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mid-Atlantic territory across PA, NJ, DE, MD and WV.
• Prospect franchised dealerships and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Run discovery conversations and product demos focused on service outcomes.
• Build and manage a territory plan and travel routes.
• Collaborate with BDRs, leadership and implementation teams.
