Job summary

Vitruvian Health’s MICU RN role in Tennessee delivers high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adults. The nurse will monitor patients, manage life-support devices, and titrate critical medications while collaborating closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and a diverse care team.

The position requires Tennessee or Compact RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and a commitment to excellence in patient outcomes within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Tennessee or Compact state RN license.
• ACLS and BLS required; ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days if not current.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adults in the ICU.
• Monitor patients continuously and manage life-support systems.
• titrate critical medications and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

You will be responsible for continuous patient monitoring, managing advanced life-support technology, titrating critical care medications, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure. Diploma preferred.Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of acute care or hospital-based RN experience strongly preferred. Prior ICU or high-acuity step-down experience is highly desirable.Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS and ACLS required.
