Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• BLS/CPR certification required (AHA/Red Cross).
• RN license issued by DORA required.
• 1 year direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess health needs of patients and families.

• Monitor vital signs and symptoms; report changes.
• Modify care plans based on patient responses.
• Coordinate with health care team to evaluate care.
• Educate patients on health and aftercare.
