Job summary

UVM Health - UVM Medical Center is seeking a MICU RN to care for critically ill patients in a 21-bed unit. You will work with a high-performing interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.

Candidates should have ICU experience; ADN is required with BSN preferred, and there are paths for CCRN certification and CARP advancement.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.

Responsibilities

• Care for critically ill patients in MICU as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with RNs, LNAs, RTs, PT/OTs, and Attending Physicians.
• Pursue CCRN certification or participate in Clinical Advancement and Recognition Program (CARP).
