Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program is required.
• Completion of fundamentals of clinicals is required.
• 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care within scope of practice under the supervision of an RN.
• Communicates with the care team during handoffs and reports changes in patient conditions.
• Documents tasks and observations clearly, accurately, and promptly.
• Maintains a clean, organized care environment and ensures safety standards.
• Assists with equipment maintenance and proper storage after discharge.
• Rounds hourly and provides therapeutic patient interactions.
