Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks board-certified or eligible Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians for fee-for-service night shifts in the MICU. Positions may be at Instructor or Professor levels, with on-site work on CU Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required; board certified or eligible in pulmonary and/or critical care.
• Colorado license required before working; eligible to practice with CO license.
• Certified to see adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient evaluation and management of acute and critically ill patients.
• Staff the Medical ICU and/or Medical Surgical Progressive Care Unit.
• Order and interpret tests for patient management; collaborate with consultants.
• Perform invasive procedures with credentials; cross-coverage as needed.
• Support the educational mission of the division.
