Job summary

St. Mary's Medical Center in West Virginia is seeking a Special Full Time RN for our Medical Intensive Care Unit to plan, coordinate and monitor patient care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals. The RN must be a graduate of an approved School of Nursing and hold current licensure as an RN in West Virginia or a compact state.

BLS certification is required. Experience is preferred but not required, with a focus on delivering high-quality, timely patient care in a dynamic ICU

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in West Virginia or a valid compact state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals.
• Accountable for ensuring efficient use of resources, adherence to standards, and outcomes within an appropriate length of stay.
• Assist with the management needs of the Nursing Unit.
