Qualifications

• RN licensed with active license and multi-state compact.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ethical practice.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Float to other units as needed within the service area.
• Provide age-appropriate care and clinical decision-making.
