Job summary

Mission Hospital in North Carolina seeks an experienced Registered Nurse in MICU to provide patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment. You will work closely with physicians and the care team to deliver evidence-based nursing care and advocate for patients and families.

The role requires ACLS/BLS within 30 days, a nursing degree, and active RN licensure. You will participate in continuous improvement and education efforts to support exceptional outcomes and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure in good standing.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with established nursing models.
• Document administration of care in patient records in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient treatment plans.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and meet performance measures.
