Job summary

QuinStar Technology, Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking an Assembler I to perform manual assembly of microwave components, including soldering and mechanical assembly.

You will use microscopes and precision tools, follow detailed work instructions, and inspect parts for quality. You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in electronic or mechanical assembly preferred.
• Experience with microwave, RF, or millimeter-wave components is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble microwave components using soldering, wire bonding, and mechanical methods.
• Read blueprints and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect visually and test to verify quality and functionality of components.
• Operate laser marking equipment for product identification and markings.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; follow ESD procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
