Job summary

QuinStar Technology, Inc. is seeking an Assembler I to manually assemble microwave components, perform soldering and wire bonding, and inspect parts using microscopes. You will follow detailed drawings and work instructions while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues, operate laser marking equipment, and ensure markings are clear and accurate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics preferred.
• Manual assembly with soldering and wire bonding experience a plus.
• Experience with microscopes and precision hand tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble microwave components per instructions and drawings.
• Perform visual inspection and testing for quality and functionality.
• Operate laser marking equipment for product identification.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow ESD protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
