Job summary

EY is launching a next-generation Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability within our National Consulting Microsoft Cybersecurity practice. We are hiring Managers to help build, scale, and deliver this capability across AI, Security, and Cloud domains.

You will shape and deliver enterprise-grade Microsoft security solutions, leading design, deal execution, and client-centric innovation while mentoring teams and collaborating across security, identity, data, and cloud architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, MS 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics).
• Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales activities within complex Microsoft environments.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape client opportunities and architect Microsoft-based security solutions.
• Lead solution design, deal execution, and client-centric innovation.
• Deliver security projects for large-scale Microsoft platform opportunities.
• Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
• Design enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Mentor and lead high-performing consulting teams; collaborate with sales, architecture, and delivery.
• Support end-to-end enterprise platform solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Defender, Purview.
