Job summary

EY is seeking experienced Managers to shape and deliver a Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability, spanning AI, Security, and Cloud domains, with emphasis on security solutions architecture and client-focused delivery.

You will collaborate with sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive large-scale programs, mentor teams, and support pre-sales and proposals in complex Microsoft environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across Sales (pre-sales, proposals, solutioning) and Delivery (execution, program leadership).
• Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales activities within complex Microsoft environments.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape client opportunities by architecting Microsoft-based security solutions.
• Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Act as a team leader, presales SME, and delivery lead for stakeholders across security, identity, data, and cloud architecture.
• Support end-to-end enterprise platform solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, security stack, data and AI platforms.
