Job summary

EY is building a next-generation Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability within our National Consulting Microsoft Cybersecurity practice. We are hiring multiple Managers to help build, scale, and deliver this capability across AI, Security, and Cloud domains.

You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft security solutions. You will contribute as a Microsoft Security Solutions Architect, leading solutioning, deal shaping, and pre-sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across both Sales (pre-sales, proposals, solutioning) and Delivery.
• Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales activities within complex Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Act as a team leader, presales subject matter expert, and delivery lead for stakeholders across security, identity, data, and cloud architecture.
• Collaborate across sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level client presentations.
