Job summary

Archer is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform/Power Apps Lead Developer to join our team supporting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Rockville, MD. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and delivering Power Platform solutions including Canvas and Model-Driven apps, Dataverse data models, and Power Automate workflows for NRC requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of relevant experience, hands-on Power Apps development, and some supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Power Platform/Power Apps development experience with Canvas apps or Model-Driven apps and experience with Power Automate Flows and Dataverse and SQL Server.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
