Job summary

TekSynap is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves coordinating site activities, monitoring deliverables, and performing quality control across multiple program areas.

You will support project management functions and prepare communications, reports, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed. We value candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of related experience, and eligibility for Public Trust (NRC IT-1).

Responsibilities

• Provide site coordination, deliverable monitoring and preparation for 12 program areas.
• Perform quality control on all deliverables and service level requirement data.
• Provided project management functions as required.
• Prepare communications related to project performance, deliverable development and other customer and internal communications as needed.
• Prepare reports, documents, presentations as required.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding in TekSynap and customer systems.
• Manage and review financial files for accuracy and completeness in PDF and Excel formats.

• Support employee on/off boarding as required in both TekSynap and customer systems
• Manage and review financial files for accuracy and completeness in both PDF and Execl formats.

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
