BairesDev is hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design and deploy low-code solutions, turning manual processes into efficient digital workflows. You will connect business needs with scalable Microsoft-based apps and ensure high-performance experiences across the enterprise.

Join a global, remote-friendly team and work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. You will build canvas and model-driven apps, automate processes, and implement governance and security

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Low-Code Development
• Experience with Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps
• Experience with Power Automate for automating business processes
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power BI, and MS 365 integrations
• Strong understanding of relational database design and SQL
• Advanced proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Architect and build custom canvas and model-driven applications to solve complex operational challenges
• Design automated workflows and logic using Power Automate to streamline data movement
• Manage and optimize Dataverse environments for secure, structured data storage
• Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations with Power BI for real-time insights
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and external services
• Implement governance and security standards including RBAC and data loss prevention

Microsoft Power Platform Engineer at BairesDev

As a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer, you will design and deploy low-code solutions that transform manual business processes into efficient, digital workflows. You will serve as the technical link between organizational needs and scalable Microsoft-based applications, ensuring high-performance user experiences across the enterprise.

What You'll Do:

• - Architect and build custom canvas and model-driven applications to solve complex operational challenges.
• - Design automated workflows and logic using Power Automate to eliminate manual intervention and streamline data movement.
• - Manage and optimize Dataverse environments to ensure secure, structured, and high-quality data storage for all applications.
• - Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations within Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time actionable insights.
• - Integrate Power Platform solutions seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and external services to create a unified digital ecosystem.
• - Implement robust governance and security standards, including role-based access controls and data loss prevention policies.

What we are looking for:

• - Proven expertise in building custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
