HSMC is seeking an experienced Microsoft Operations Manager to oversee the Microsoft Analyst team and IT Tech Supervisor. You will administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and on-prem Active Directory, ensuring system health, security, and reliable service delivery across hybrid environments.

The role collaborates with Security and Infrastructure Leadership to align operations with policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining SOPs and audit readiness while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and on-premises Active Directory.
• Experience in hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem AD).
• Familiarity with PowerShell and Microsoft's Power Applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft Analyst Team and the IT Tech Supervisor.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and on-prem AD environments.
• Monitor system health, performance, and service availability.
• Maintain tenant configurations, directory sync, licensing, device management policies, and platform updates.
• Execute user lifecycle tasks across Entra ID and on-prem AD.
• Partner with IT, Security Leadership, and Infrastructure Leadership to standardize lifecycle and access management best practices.
• Coordinate with help desk and vendors for timely resolutions.
• Follow change control processes and maintain SOPs and audit readiness.
