A leading IT consulting company seeks a Microsoft 365 Architect / Subject Matter Expert to enhance their Cloud Services Support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M365 Power Platform, provide support for operational excellence, and ensure compliance with change management protocols. This remote role requires expertise in Microsoft tools and effective collaboration skills to manage complex projects and supervise a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for M365 issues escalated from Tier 1.
• Ensure security configurations of M365 platforms.
• Collaborate with other contractor support teams and attend client meetings.

Microsoft 365 Architect / Subject Matter Expert

Candidate must be an expert in M365 Power Platform Development - Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (Canvas apps and Dataverse), Power Pages and Power BI.

• Must have experience serving as Tier 2 support when issues are escalated from Tier 1

• Must have expertise w/ Microsoft CoPilot

• Must have expertise with Teams, Stream, Forms, Planner and Delve.

• Must have knowledge and understanding of standard change management procedures using Atlassian Jira and Bitbucket.

• Must have experience with Azure services like Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps

• Must be a great collaborator among other contractor support teams.

• Must have experience with security configurations of these M365 platforms.

Education, Experience and Skills

Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of technical and related

experience in:

• SharePoint Online Developer and SharePoint Server 2013

• Microsoft Power Apps, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.

• Strong experience with models driven apps

• SharePoint Plugins and SSRS reporting tool

• SharePoint content and site migrations.

• Atlassian Jira and Bitbucket

• Exposure to AI/ML integration within DevOps pipelines.

• Possess requisite knowledge and expertise so recognized in the professional community that the Government can qualify the individual as a competent in the field.

Place of Performance

Place of performance shall be remote telework.

The core business hours are 8 am - 4:30 pm EST to provide support to the M365 Power Platform and Cloud Services Support contract.

Periodic visits to principal contractor / client offices in Rockville or Gaithersburg, Maryland will be required to attend meetings.

NOTE:

All subcontractors must have a valid Client clearance before they can start work (and must maintain it). Also, subcontractors will be required to take a drug test and will be entered into a Client database for possible selection of random drug test. This is mandatory from our prime contract – not negotiable.
