Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Broad, hands‑on expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, with depth in security, Power Platform, Copilot, collaboration tools, and modern workplace platforms.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into secure, practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Broad experience across architecture practices with depth in at least one area.

Responsibilities

• Develop reference architectures and roadmaps treating Microsoft as a single connected platform.
• Lead technology assessments, proofs‑of‑concepts, and vendor evaluations.
• Mentor engineers and architects, and present strategy to senior leadership.
• Direct the strategy and governance of Power Platform and low‑code development.
• Define Copilot adoption strategy across Microsoft 365 and the broader platform.
• Partner with security and governance to manage data access, risk and compliance for AI tools.
