Job summary

Galent is seeking a Microsoft Fabric Data Engineering Lead in Jacksonville, FL to design, implement, and lead scalable enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Lakehouse architectures. You will guide data platform architecture, governance, and modernization initiatives while mentoring teams.

• Develop data integration frameworks using Fabric Data Pipelines, Spark, and real-time analytics capabilities.
• Architect secure, high-performance, and cost-effective data solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to define data strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish data governance, security, lineage, and monitoring standards leveraging Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric capabilities.
• Drive migration and modernization initiatives from legacy data platforms to Microsoft Fabric.
• Mentor technical teams on best practices related to data modeling, performance tuning, and cloud-native architecture.
• Provide technical leadership in solution design, estimation, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement.
