Jackson James is supporting a leading retail organisation seeking a D365 F&O Finance Business Analyst to join after a recent go-live. You will work with Finance teams to maximise the platform's value and drive adoption.

The role focuses on analysing finance processes, configuring enhancements, and bridging between Finance and technical teams to deliver practical D365 F&O solutions. You will troubleshoot issues and support ongoing improvements to maintain system effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience as a D365 F&O Finance Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
• Solid understanding of core Finance processes within D365 F&O.
• Experience working with a business post-go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
• Retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical D365 F&O solutions.
