Job summary

Jackson James is partnering with a growing manufacturer to hire a D365 F&O Functional Analyst for their in-house team. You will collaborate with finance, supply chain, and operations to define requirements and design scalable solutions.

The role involves leading fit-gap analyses, configuring systems, guiding UAT, delivering training and documentation, and driving process improvements and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience working with D365 F&O to define business requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Experience leading fit-gap analyses and defining functional specifications.
• Experience coordinating UAT and delivering user training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to define business requirements and design scalable D365 F&O solutions.
• Lead fit-gap analyses, write functional specifications, and recommend native platform features to improve business processes.
• Configure and validate system setups, manage testing cycles, and guide users through successful user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Resolve functional production issues and partner with technical teams to deliver advanced system enhancements.
• Maintain deep expertise in core business operations, application configurations, and user requirements.
• Produce and deliver comprehensive user training, standard operating procedures, and platform documentation to increase adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process standardization, system optimization, and advanced analytics.

Jackson James is thrilled to be partnering with a growing manufacturer as they look to add a D365 F&O Functional Analyst to their in-house D365 F&O team.

My client has been in operation since the early 1900's and is one of the most recognizable brands across the US in the manufacturing space and are still a family owned business, now in its 4th generation.

Within this role you will be the joining a small team which maintains and improves its D365 F&O system.
