Job summary

Beta Eight in Hicksville, NY is seeking a Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead requirements gathering and design. You will translate business needs into D365 entities, workflows, forms, and reports, and champion change across the organization.

You will collaborate with technical teams, provide guidance on configured versus customized solutions, and organize workshops and proofs of concepts to illustrate solutions in D365.

Qualifications

• Experience leading requirements sessions and delivering business solutions in Dynamics 365.
• Ability translating business needs into D365 entities, workflows, forms, reports and dashboards.
• Experience guiding on configured vs customized D365 implementations.
• Experience organizing workshops and proofs of concepts for solution design.

• Translate business requirements into an appropriate D365 solution (entities, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards).
• Provide guidance on alternative process approaches that would leverage a configured versus customized D365 application solution.
• Organizes workshops and proof of concepts in D365 to illustrate solution design.
  

Business User Consultation

• Lead business requirements gathering sessions to identify opportunities, and implement solutions to improve system acceptance, use, efficiency, and effectiveness in Dynamics and champion those changes.

Development and Technical Collaboration

• Work with other technical team members to

• Evaluate new functionality and features and manage system upgrades and deployment.
• Develop and deployment surrounding D365, PowerBI, Azure Power Apps, Power Automate, and similar applications. Including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
