Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support case management systems for our client. The role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying Dynamics CRM solutions, including data migrations and integrations, with travel up to 25% and a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of CRM experience, 2+ years in enterprise Dynamics CRM/365, and strong collaboration and communication skills to work with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• US-equivalent Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of enterprise CRM solution experience (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, including on-site deployments.

What You Will Do:

Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support our client's Case Management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying risks and mitigating them during the design phase.
• Be responsible for high-quality project outcomes and collaborate closely with the client, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts.
• Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client architectural and business needs.
• Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
• Participate in data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
• Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.
• Design and support the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for custom code or data migration requirements.
• Conduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
• Refine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solution.
• Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing, and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Document technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.
• Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required.

What You Will Need:

• US Citizenship is required for this role. Ability to obtain a clearance
• US equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience.
• Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
• Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment and travel up to 25%
• Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
• Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft's Dynamics Power Platform.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience supporting case management systems.
• Experience with client-facing demos and presentations.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
• Experience with data migration requirements and custom code implementations.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
