Job summary

Qualysoft GmbH, a leading IT solutions provider, seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to configure, extend and continuously improve the client’s Dynamics landscape in a hybrid setup.

You will work with cross-functional teams, design integrations via Dataverse, Power Platform and REST APIs, support data migration and guide users, while ensuring system stability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

For our client, a leading IT solutions and services provider in Germany, Qualysoft is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to configure, extend and continuously improve the client’s Dynamics landscape.

Location: Germany/ City is open

Start: 01.01.2027

Duration: 12 months

Capacity: 100%

Working model: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week on site

Project language: German and English

€480 - €520 a day

Your Responsibilities

As a key contributor to a cross-functional team, you will shape the Dynamics solution landscape and ensure it meets business needs in a stable and scalable way.

• Configure, customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 according to business requirements
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Design and implement integrations with surrounding systems (e.g., via Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, APIs)
• Support data migration, testing, deployment and go-live activities
• Provide second- and third-level support, analyze incidents and ensure system stability
• Act as the point of contact between business departments, IT and external partners
• Document solutions and train key users
• Proactively identify improvement potential and contribute to release and change management

Your Profile

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ([module])
• Solid knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse
• Experience with system integrations (REST APIs, Azure services)
• Good understanding of business processes in [sales / customer service / finance]
• Experience in requirements analysis and in working directly with business stakeholders
• Structured, self-driven and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Fluent German and English

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform)
• Development experience (C#/.NET, plug-ins, Azure DevOps)
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
