Everware Consulting GmbH is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant to join our team in Germany or Austria. You will analyse customer requirements, lead functional workshops and design, configure, and implement D365 SCM solutions across procurement, inventory, warehouse, and production planning.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams on international projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, Finance & Operations or AX.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP implementations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Germany or Austria and contribute to successful customer projects across the DACH region.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse customer business requirements and optimise supply chain processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Lead and participate in functional workshops, requirements gathering and fit-gap analyses.

• Design, configure and implement D365 Supply Chain Management solutions aligned with customer needs.

• Work across supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, production planning and logistics.

• Support all phases of implementation projects, from solution design and testing to deployment, go-live and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with technical consultants, solution architects, project managers and customer stakeholders.

• Prepare functional specifications, system documentation and training materials.

• Deliver end-user training and provide functional guidance throughout project lifecycles.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and maximise the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes and ERP implementations.

• Experience in one or more areas such as procurement, inventory, warehouse management, production control, master planning or logistics.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

• A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively within international project teams.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites, depending on project requirements.
