Job summary

Cyquent, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, build, and maintain D365 CE and Power Platform solutions. You will develop server-side and client-side components, create integrations, and implement secure business logic with APIs and Actions.

You will also craft client scripts, Canvas Apps, and embedded pages within Model-Driven Apps, while configuring Power Automate flows for cross-system automation. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of D365 solution deployment, environments, and CRM execution pipelines.
• Excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining D365 CE and Power Platform solutions across the SDLC.
• Write, optimize, and maintain C# plugins and workflow assemblies following SOLID practices.
• Design and implement Custom APIs and Actions to extend platform capabilities and business logic securely.
• Create responsive form scripts, event handlers, Web Resources, and ribbon/command bar customizations using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build user-centric Canvas Apps and embedded Custom Pages within Model-Driven Apps.
• Construct and troubleshoot Power Automate Cloud Flows for asynchronous automation and cross-system processes.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with third-party apps, Azure services, and external REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design scalable data models and handle data migration, bulk imports, and exports.
• Implement role-based security, Business Units, and Team configurations; adhere to ALM/DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining D365 CE and Power Platform solutions. You will build server-side and client-side components, construct seamless integrations, and apply best practices across the entire software development lifecycle.
• Write, optimize, and maintain C# plugins (Pre-validation, Pre-operation, Post-operation) and workflow assemblies following solid coding practices.
• Design and implement Custom APIs and Actions to extend platform capability and execute complex business logic securely.

• Create responsive form scripts, event handlers, Web Resources, and ribbon/command bar customizations using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Build user-centric Canvas Apps and embedded Custom Pages within Model-Driven Apps to elevate user experience and operational workflows.

• Construct, configure, and troubleshoot Power Automate Cloud Flows to handle asynchronous automation, notifications, and cross-system processes.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with third‑party applications, Azure services, and external RESTful/SOAP APIs.
• Design and maintain scalable data models (Tables/Entities, Columns/Attributes, Relationships) and handle data migration, bulk imports, and export tasks.

• Implement and configure role‑based security, Business Units, Field‑Level Security, and Team configurations aligned with organizational governance.
• Adhere to version control standards, solution management strategies (Managed vs. Unmanaged), and ALM/DevOps principles for safe deployment.
• Systematically diagnose, debug, and resolve issues in existing codebases, plugins, integrations, and environment configurations.
